The Story behind ABMS

ABMS Maintenance Services provides an end-to-end service in Air-Conditioning, Electrical and building Maintenance.

Since our inception in 2007 we have grown to include a trusted staff compliment of 44 mobile teams and a 19-vehicle fleet that provide services to more than 176 buildings across South Africa. Seven qualified technicians are available to attend to call-outs and can supply HVAC CoC’s. We also have a team of qualified electricians that can supply CoC’s for all electrical work.

Company Overview
ABMS Maintenance Service is currently a Level 2 BEE Company. The managing partners have combined experience in excess of over 50 years, most of which was gained within large corporates such as Anglo American, Telkom, Koebec Neculer power station and other.

OUR VALUE PROPOSITION

ABMS has internal capability to work on a variety of control systems for example, central plant air-conditioning i.e. the Rickard diffuser system, Trox system, as well as older pneumatic systems.

ABMS understands that maintenance budgets are limited and we have an established track record in the cost-effective management and maintenance of older control systems, to keep historical systems in full operation to support our clients’ needs.

Value Added Services

  • We use logger and SMS systems to monitor temperatures on our buildings. This is a value-added service to our clients that ensures that we are alerted of any potential problems on a property 24/7/365.
  • We can supply and install water alarm SMS systems.
  • We use a QR Code asset management system to identify equipment. Fault reporting is simplified for clients by scanning the QR code.
